chicken nuggets made with vegetable

Hello! I am happy to see you again. It is the first time in a week.
Today I want to introduce chicken nuggets made with vegetable.Of course I make without meat.Grated potatoes mixed with oatmeal and bake it.Then it becomes almost like a chicken.

ingredients for 1 person

About 3oz(100g) potatoes
6Tbsp oatmeal
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp curry powder
5Tbsp oatmeal(for clothing)
1Tbsp olive oil

Please potatoes worn down.

Grated potatoes, oatmeal, soy sauce, curry powder into a bowl.Oatmeal is still dry.Mix it well.

Grated potato and oatmeal harden.Put the oatmeal around for clothes.
Heat olive oil and bake it.

Now ready! This dish is like a real chicken.Maybe you'll surprised!

This blog is updated once a week, in the right side, I will briefly introduce my Japanese blog recipe. Please come and enjoy! See you next week!

I am also sending information on face book.

  1. Hello, this is Lyon! It is really exciting to see your English blog! this nuggets look very very good! I would definitely try this recipe in the near future. By the way, I tried your udon recipe with daikon leaves from your Japanese blog for dinner today, which was so tasty! Thanks ever so much for your great recipes.

  2. I made last week's tempura and was so good! Carrots were unbelievably sweet. I'll try again with a weak flour. I only have whole wheat flour and that's not perfect for tempura.
Also, I'll try this nugget soon. Looks good!
