I am a reader of your blog in Japanese over one year, living in Los Angeles.
In California, there are many vegetarians who are very health conscious.
I am sure they love and enjoy your recipe.
I will share it to my friends!

I like Shitake! Mashrooms are not cheap in Brazil, but I will try this recipe. Thank you.

  4. Congratulations on the launch of your English blog!

I've been interested in learning more about vegetarian Japanese cuisine for a while, and this is exactly what needs to be spread to the non-Japanese speaking audience. This is fantastic, Izumi-san!!

Looking forward to seeing more of your creations. I will definitely spread the good word.
