fried rice without eggs

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.
May is over soon, summer is coming soon.
Well, I want to introduce today's vegetarian dishes.
Fried rice is a popular Chinese restaurant menu.Normally it contains a fried egg, I do not use eggs.Instead of eggs, I used tofu and yam.

ingredients for 1 person

4 oz cooked rice
3 oz yam
2 oz tofu
1 oz green onion
1/2tbsp soy sauce
sesame oil

Chop the green onion.

Grate the yam.

Yam and tofu into a bowl. And mix them.

Heat oil in a frying pan. And fried rice.

Next, saute the green onion.

Put tofu and yam in it. Put the soy sauce to taste and saute well.

Put the rice in there. And mix well.

Now, fried rice was completed.Even without the eggs, this fried rice is very delicious. Please try!

This blog is updated once a week, in the right side, I will briefly introduce my Japanese blog recipe. Please come and enjoy! See you next week!

I am also sending information on face book.
